There are many ways to reduce uric acid in your body. The most effective way to reduce uric acid is to practice discipline lifestyle and change of diet.

Here’s some practices that helps to reduce uric acid:-

Reduce consumption of food that has high level of purines
Purines are organic compounds that contribute to uric acid formation. So cutting down food with high purines will greatly reduce uric acid level in the body. Here’s the food that contain high level of purines: asparagus, anchovies, herring, meat gravies and broth, mussels, mushroom, sardines and sweet breads.
